Once we receive your message regarding your refund request, our team will ask for more information (#LOT Number, pictures of the bar/box, etc...) in order to investigate your request. After the investigation has been done, we'll arrive at a decision regarding your refund request, and you’ll be informed via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your refund request is approved – A credit will be applied to your original method of payment (such as your credit card) within 7–10 business days.
